Jan Jensen
Co-Founder
Jan brings over a decade of experience in regulatory technology and enterprise sales across the European financial sector. Before founding Harpocrates Solutions, he led compliance transformation programs at major German banks and saw firsthand how fragmented, manual processes left organisations perpetually behind on regulatory change. His vision: a single platform that turns regulatory complexity into a competitive advantage. Jan holds an MBA from ESMT Berlin and is a frequent speaker on EU compliance strategy.
Martin Foerster
Co-Founder
Martin is an AI and NLP engineer with deep expertise in building large-scale document intelligence systems. Prior to Harpocrates Solutions, he architected machine learning pipelines at a leading European legal-tech company and contributed to open-source NLP tooling for the German language. Martin designed the HARPOCRATES ComplyReg cross-walk engine from the ground up, achieving 95.4% accuracy on obligation extraction. He studied Computer Science at TU Berlin and holds a PhD in Computational Linguistics from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
